Pauline’s purpose is to help others succeed, and her role at CK&Co. provides great opportunities to do so. In her marketing role, Pauline wears many hats. Sometimes when a client first contacts our firm, they aren’t sure who to speak with about their needs and concerns. Pauline helps new clients connect with the right accounting professional suited for them. Because she can view things from the client perspective, she also helps portray the vast and complex services offered by CK&Co. in a way that is understandable to clients. She has a knack for making technical accounting lingo easier to digest.
Pauline also works with our leadership team to implement the strategic plan, recruit new team members, and implement operations initiatives. She takes great pride in recruiting the right team members and watching them grow and develop in their careers at CK&Co. Her best moments are spent coaching her colleagues to success, the same way the accounting staff enjoys helping their clients achieve great things.
Not one to sit still, Pauline spends time outdoors, gardening, camping, and watching sports. Her Wisconsin ties creates a friendly “rivalry” in our office during football season. She is part of a gigantic family, leaving no shortage of events to attend. Her most precious time is spent with her husband and toddler.
